EpiCAT is a free search tool, which can be used individually, but not commercially. Users must properly respect and reference the copyright of the creators of the transcripts and images of the documents. The images illustrating this compilation have been reproduced under license from the libraries and archives that hold the originals, and therefore cannot be copied or redistributed without your permission.
EpiCAT data is protected by Intellectual Property Law and database rights. EpiCAT data cannot be downloaded massively and used to feed other repositories without permission.
All contents of the database are protected by a Creative Commons license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
